Historic Home Round Up

Join us virtually on Tuesday July 20^th for our annual Historic Home Round Up. We will tackle hot issues for those living in historic homes and districts- plus have a chance to meet others that share your love for old homes! We’ll hear from L&D Construction about adding an Accessory Dweilling Unit in a historic district, and get tips and tricks from owners that recently built an addition to their landmark home. Plus, have you ever wanted to know more about changes made to your house by previous owners? We’ll learn about Rezdox, a tool created for just that purpose. The evening will wrap-up with several breakout sessions in which you will be able to ask an expert questions specific to your home.

Also included, we’ll gather the following morning, July 21^st at 8:45am at 2830 Lawrence Street in Curtis Park for a maintenance tour, led by Melanie Short, Senior Associate at BVH Architecture. She will point out common maintenance issues on historic homes and how to tackle them.
